Dhaval Fichadiya from IMBA Semester 4 received consolation prize in essay competition on "The key of success according to Bhagwat Geeta" organized by Sanskrit Arya Gurukulam (National Level) on 29.12.2019.

Charmin Rajani, Fatema Gandhi, Maitri Gandhi, Harsh Vakani, Darshan Rajyguru, Jaimin Bhatti from IMBA Semester 4 & Bansi Bhanushaali, Jaimit Nathwani, Viral Goswami, Akshar Rajvir from IMBA Semester 2 secured 1st position in Nukkad Natak competition organized by RK University (BIZZ VISTA) on 15.02.2020. They had presented real life concerns in a beautiful way! Kudos to the whole team!.

Ishita Patel from MBA 2 (A) secured 3rd position in “InterCollege Poster Making Competition” organized by Sunshine Group of Institutions. It was organized during lockdown period.

Prithvi Dodiya from MBA Semester 2 (A) represented College, GTU and Gujarat State as he was selected and played national level football match..

Astha Adesara from MBA Semester 2 (B) secured 1st position in RJ Wars an event organized by RedFM Rajkot in RK University (Bizz Vista) on 15th February 2020. There were 30 participants from different colleges and topic was given to speak on the spot. Apart from certificate, cash prize and internship is also offered byRedFM.

Raj Sheth and Abhijit Morvadiya from MBA Semester2 secured 1st runners-up position in Biz Quiz competition organized by RK University

Chirag Gotecha from MBA 4 has successfully completed the course of „Fundamentals of Digital Marketing‟ by Google Garage

Hemali Nandani from MBA Semester IV participated in Vividha 2020 – A National Level Conference on “Recent Trends in Commerce, Management and Humantities” organized by Christ College, Rajkot on Factors Determining the Job Satisfaction of Employees of Mutual Fund Industry, she successfully completed 5 days online course on Stress Management organized by AVS College of Arts and Science, Salem, completed 4 days online course on Creativity and Innovation by personal and Professional Development organized by AVS College of Arts and Science,Salem. She also completed 15 days online course on Communication Skills organized by TCS iON. Congratulations to Hemali for her great achievements

Bhavika Sharma from MBA Semester IV successfully completed Self-paced online course on Career Edge – Knockdown the lockdown organized by TCSiON.

IV won this event consecutively for the 2nd year.

25 MCA Students get Certification on Microsoft Azure (AI Platform).

Students of SGI i-MBA semester- 3 participated in State Level Competition @ KSN Konnekt 2019. Harsh Vakani, Darshan Rajyaguru and Het Gardhariya secured 2nd Position in Case Study Competition. Harsh Vakani and Utsav Dhanesh secured 3rd Position in Debate Competition. We heartily congratulate all the participants and winners.

Ms. Jaydeviba Jadeja from iMBA semester-9 successfully completed the NPTEL course on “Decision Making Using Financial Accounting” with 75% and awarded with Elite Silver Medal.

Saurashtra University had organized National Level Competition -Samiksha 2019 and Sunshiny, secured 1st runner up position in VIGYAPAN (Ad making). Winners from MBA Juniors has marked the impression and they are Jani Pooja, Salet Chandani, Trambadiya, Vyas Pooja and Makadiya Ritu. CIM Rajkot had organized National Level Competition for budding professionals named Colosseum 2019 on 14th December 2019. Winners from Sunshine Group of Institutions have set to cultivate the impression as Winners. They are –in Rangoli Competiton- 1st position : Kenvi Finava & Jinal Kalola, in T-shirt painting -1st position : Dimpal Padhiyar, and in Collage making- 2nd position : Dimpal Padhiyar

Students of MBA Sem. III from Sunshine Group of Institutions Rajkot participated in Youth Festival “Xitij 2017-18” organized by Gujarat Technological University in Oct. 2017. Students participated in many events like On the Spot Painting, Ad Making Competition, Quiz, Rangoli etc. Six students named Mr. Dhaval Radadia, Mr. Rajesh Ghorai, Ms. Reshu Lalwani, Ms. Kinjal Pambhar, Mr. Dharmik Vegad, Mr. Rakesh Arathawani got 1st Rank at Regional Level for Ad Making Competition. They got qualified and participated at State Level also. Campus Director Prof. Dr. Vikas Arora and faculty members heartily congratulate all winners and participants.

Students from MBA Sem. 3 (Marketing Specialization) Mr. Bhavsinh Vadhel and Mr. Parag Pansuriya have completed online certification in area of digital marketing from Google’s Digital Unlocked, Google’s AdWords and Analytics Certifications, Digital Sales Exam from Google Partners and Content Marketing Certified from Hubspot Academy.

Students of MBA and i-MBA participated in the Group Discussion and Debate competition organized by Airport Authority of India on 3rd Nov. 2017. Ms. Bobby Thomas from MBA semester I achieved the position of 2nd Runner Up in the GD Competition. We heartily congratulate her along with all the participants.

Students of MBA along with the faculty members participated in the 7th Annual Conference on Quality Management with “GLocal Challenges: Excellence through Quality and Innovation” jointly organized by American Society for Quality (ASQ) LMC Ahmedabad and Institute of Management, Nirma University on 18 & 19th Nov. 2017. Students had great exposure through the interactive sessions and industrial visits.

More than 45 students of MBA participated in the management fest “Samiksha” organized by Dept. of Business Management Saurashtra University on 23rd September 2017.

Winner in GD competition organized by KSPC More than 18 students of MBA participated in the Group Discussion Competition on "Reduce, Reuse, Recycle" organized by Kutch th Saurashtra Productivity Council (KSPC) on 16 Feb. 2017. Students th of MBA semester IV participated in the National Day Celebration of Ecuador at GTU on 18 Feb 2017. The presentation given by our students on “Trade Opportunities with Ecuador” was highly appreciated by the delegates from Ecuador and Centre for Global Business Studies, GTU.

Winner of Group Discussion Competition organized by Airport Authority of India (AAI) On 7th and 9th Nov. 2016 students of i-MBA, MBA and MCA from Sunshine Group of Institutions participated in the Group Discussion Competition organized by Airport Authority of India (AAI). Approximately fifteen students form SGI participated in the competition. SGI is proud to publicize that Ms. Yasmin Shaikh (MBA sem. I) was awarded with the first rank. Ms. Prerna Nathwani (MCA sem. V) got 2nd rank and Ms. Himanee Gondaliya (MBA sem. III) secured 3rd rank in the Group Discussion on “Corruption and its ill effects”. We heartily congratulate all winners and participants.

Ms. Vishva ba Vala of MCA 3rd semester, won bronze medal for Table Tennis Doubles, held at Vasad on 22nd December, 2016. She is also selected for National Level competition which is going to be held on 5th to 8th of Feb, 2017.

Business Standard one of the leading newspaper organized national level quiz for management graduates. Students of MBA Department participated and won the gold, silver and bronze medals from the same. Students are Nirbhay Hirani (Gold Medalist), Mohit Mehta Silver Medalist and Jemi Karvadiya Bronze Medalist.

Airport Authority of India (AAI) celebrated Vigilance Awareness week. As a part of it different competitions were organized. Students of MCA Department, Mubin Shaikh (5th Semester), Prerna Nathwani (3rd semester) and Niyati Madhvani (3rd semester), had secured 3 rd position in the GD on the topic “Digitization is a preventive tool for fight against corruption”.

Mr. Happy Parmar, MCA 5th Semester, Sunshine College student, who has participated and won 3rd position in Open Gujarat Dance Competition. The event was held at Morbi on 30th April 2016. The competition was judged by ABCD (Anybody Can Dance) Star Summet Pendum and a jury of talented choreographers.

Sunshine college has achieved a milestone in GTU with the outstanding result for MCA 6 th semester. More than 73 students have scored 8 up SPI. Above 50 students scored 9 up SPI. The most exciting and prestigious moment for Sunshine is with the outstanding performance of 30 students who have scored 10 out of 10 SPI.
